Show Server Info on Blog for Public?

(1/2) > >>

cwfgamecast:
Is it possible to show the server info on the blog to the public?  Either in a blog page or linked to a graphic/text from the sidebar like the who's online plugin you made.

I dled this plugin thinking I could share my server info with visitors.  I have my own server so I have that info available to me.

WP: 2.3.1
Blog URL: http://wargamingforums.com
Theme: Ocean Mist 1.2
Plugin: WP-ServerInfo
PHP: 5.2.1
MySQL: 4.1.22 standard

GaMerZ:
it is not advisable and not possible with the current structure right now

If you are wondering why:
Evil people (also known as hackers) could use that information and your site.

I asked my server management company (SMC) to alter my MySQL packet size.  The SMC said they did what I asked and they're really good about that.  This plugin still shows the old MySQL packet size.  How accurate is this plugin for displaying that information and does it need any time, if so how long, to update with the new/correct data?

The change on my packet size was made exactly 24 hours ago.  Is that sufficient time to update the data being shown?  I only ask to find out if I need to nudge my server management company again on this issue.

Thanks!

I don't know, perhaps that is an error with the connection results. I'll have to check it out. I'm still using a old old beta version. I haven't finished it yet. ;)
