hi

the plug in work will i know that and every thing works well.... but after moving my website to another server the plugin stop workin i don't know what's the problem.....

It is your server permission issue, http://www.phpbbu.com/wpdb/wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/postratings-js.php?ver=1.30 return me 500
