All Good Things Must Come To An End

As you all know, I have been doing WordPress plugins and supporting it for the past 6 years. These 6 years of my life, I have been through my polytechnic education, my national service as well as my university education.

I just graduated from university in December 2009 and have been looking for full-time jobs. I am offered a full-time job and will be starting work on 1st February 2010.

I regret to say that I am NOT ABLE to provide support for my plugins anymore due to my full-time job commitment. I will leave this forum open and let the community help one another.

However, I WILL still update my plugins whenever I can and you still can report bugs to me via email and I will try to fix it.

Wrong directory appears on Ban Options console
« on: 06 February 2009, 00:48 »
Hi I'm running WP 2.7 with the Atahualpa theme.  The URL is http://babalublog.com

The plug-in is WP-Ban

Not sure on the PHP And MYSQL right now but don't think it's causing the problem.

---------

I installed the plug-in while I was setting the blog up. Actually were migrating from MT to WP so I set the blog up in a subdirectory http://babalublog.com/wpr

The plug-in worked like a charm and referrer URLs I wanted banned were banned effectively (I linked from another blog I have and banned that blog).

When we were ready, I made the changes so that the blog index page would be at http://babalublog.com but the core WP files remained in the subdirectory.  UPDATE: This is what I did:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

Now the URLs aren't being banned and I suspect that it's because the plug-in is still saying

Your Site URL is: http://babalublog.com/wpr

I want to change that so that so it says: Your Site URL is: http://babalublog.com/

I suspect that will do it.

What do you think?

Changing the site URL will not make a different, as it just for displaying purposes. You can try changing back to your old path to see if it works. If not see if u can ban via ip.
