All Good Things Must Come To An End

As you all know, I have been doing WordPress plugins and supporting it for the past 6 years. These 6 years of my life, I have been through my polytechnic education, my national service as well as my university education.

I just graduated from university in December 2009 and have been looking for full-time jobs. I am offered a full-time job and will be starting work on 1st February 2010.

I regret to say that I am NOT ABLE to provide support for my plugins anymore due to my full-time job commitment. I will leave this forum open and let the community help one another.

However, I WILL still update my plugins whenever I can and you still can report bugs to me via email and I will try to fix it.

Hangs at "Loading" when trying to vote/show result

Hello!

I'm using the latest version of wordpress, 2.9.1, and the WP-Polls (v2.50) plugin isn't working.

1. It doesn't load the polls-js.js and it doesnt add the var pollsL10n = {} code.
2. I added those stuff manually to my header.php but when trying to vote or "view result" it just says loading and nothing more happens. I copied the URL which the AJAX-request is made to and entered it into my browser, then it worked fine - it then showed the right stuff.

So why doesn't it work with the AJAX-request but when accessing the same URL via the browser?

1. Does it work on the default theme?
2. Does your theme have <?php wp_footer(); ?> in your theme footer.php?

Same with me: Hangs at loading.... Custom theme on http://brennpunkte.at/verkehr/wirtschaftskrise.html.
 <?php wp_footer(); ?> is in the footer. Wordpress Version 2.9.1 de_DE.
mysql 5.0.32-Debian_7etch11-log.

any idea?

I'm having this same issue- i've read through similar posts on this forum but nothing seems to be working- i have the header / footer codes in my theme- which is custom made, i dont know if that would be damaging the code at all...
