Combining Two Functions

GaMerZ do you think I can just add this and a bit of modfiied code into the core or should I make a plugin first and then see how it goes. I know this code works. but I'm not sure who happy the WP Coders would be with me making a change like this to the WP-SVN.

what does it do?

Ttech:
There are two functions and an option that lets you turn on or of the feature. The feature is it sorts the plugins  into plugins or widgets. So in the Plugins tab you can now choose plugins or Widgets and it will show you only those. Its the same page it just sorts it.

Ttech:
If you just used that function by its self it would not work without a if statment.

GaMerZ:
sounds good. But how you detect whether it is a plugin or a widget?
