Make Cookie Expire at midnight

Hello! I'm loving WP-Polls! But I have one problem, is there a way for the poll logging cookie to expire every midnight instead of every 86399 or X seconds so people can don't need to wait for 86399 or X seconds just to vote again?

I would also love to know if this is possible, and how to make it happen. If anyone knows how to do this, I would love to hear about it. It doesn't seem like it would be a big deal, probably a matter of altering the code a little, but I am by no means competent enough in that area to be able to figure it out on my own. I am wondering if anyone has heard of www.datanumen.com? If so, what do you think of their products? Thank you.
