Display the text values of post rating average, max post rating and number votes

Hello everyone,

Is there a function which I could use on any part of a post template to return as plain text (no HTML, no rating images, no option to vote):
- the post's average rating +
- the post's maximum rating +
- the total number of votes?

Example: 4.5 of 5, based on 2 votes.
