All Good Things Must Come To An End

As you all know, I have been doing WordPress plugins and supporting it for the past 6 years. These 6 years of my life, I have been through my polytechnic education, my national service as well as my university education.

I just graduated from university in December 2009 and have been looking for full-time jobs. I am offered a full-time job and will be starting work on 1st February 2010.

I regret to say that I am NOT ABLE to provide support for my plugins anymore due to my full-time job commitment. I will leave this forum open and let the community help one another.

However, I WILL still update my plugins whenever I can and you still can report bugs to me via email and I will try to fix it.

The same odd behaviour persists in version 2.11. Anyway, GaMerZ, thank you very much for your excellent plugins and support.

WP-Print 2.11 is fine, but WP-DBManager 2.11 is a must.

Although I'm not a programmer at all, I think that the problem doesn't lie in URLs, but in how URLs are processed by the plugin. Compare these two posts:

but the code used for both the comments text and the post text is exactly the same.

hmmm, what if you start a new wordpress site in another cornor of your website and see whether does this problem occur again, just the wordpress installation with WP-Print.

But are you using code or visual editor? And how to you link it?

As soon as I get a while, I'll check your suggestion. The link to wp-print function is not in the posts, but in loop.php file (theme Tarski):

Code: [Select]
<?php if(function_exists('wp_print')) { print_link(); } ?>

I usually work with non visual editor. Sometimes I activate the visual one in order to check plugins. For example, last week I activated the visual editor to check the Advanced TinyMCE editor. Now, my blog works with non visual editor.

On the other hand, your plugin works fine with a new blog I've created (in english, and with Tarski theme). You can check it here:

I always link images and other files with full URLs. For example, if you look at the code of this post, http://www.labitacoradeltigre.com/2007/06/11/cuentos-de-jose-maria-merino/, you will see that the book cover image is linked as

Code: [Select]
<img src="http://www.labitacoradeltigre.com/edu-images/cuentos_merino.jpg" alt="Cuentos, de José María Merino" title="Cuentos, de José María Merino" class="alignright" />

perhaps a plugin conflict? This is really a mystery.

Definitively, the problem has something to do with a plugin conflict. I've deactivated all my WordPress plugins in order to prepare an upgrade to WordPress 2.2.1. Then, I've remembered the problem, and I've reactivated WP-Print. Everything works fine now.

When I finish the upgrade, I will try to identify which plugin is responsible for the conflict. I hope I will be able to catch the culprit this way.

I've just found the culprit. It is Complete RSS plugin, http://neosmart.net/dl.php?id=2.

As I need this plugin in order to get complete feeds of my posts, I've activated the plugin, in spite of conflict with yours.
