All Good Things Must Come To An End

As you all know, I have been doing WordPress plugins and supporting it for the past 6 years. These 6 years of my life, I have been through my polytechnic education, my national service as well as my university education.

I just graduated from university in December 2009 and have been looking for full-time jobs. I am offered a full-time job and will be starting work on 1st February 2010.

I regret to say that I am NOT ABLE to provide support for my plugins anymore due to my full-time job commitment. I will leave this forum open and let the community help one another.

However, I WILL still update my plugins whenever I can and you still can report bugs to me via email and I will try to fix it.

an error occured while deleting ...

I know that a vote has been given by mistake and I want to delete that particular vote.

To do this, I go to Manage Ratings page, type post ID: "4", choose "Logs and Data", click "delete data/logs" button and get this message:

An Error Has Occured While Deleting All Post Ratings Logs For Post ID(s) 4.
Rating Data "ratings_users" For Post ID(s) 4 Has Been Deleted.
Rating Data "ratings_score" For Post ID(s) 4 Has Been Deleted.
Rating Data "ratings_average" For Post ID(s) 4 Has Been Deleted.

The vote is still there.

Could you please help?

go to the post itself and set it back to 0 for the 3 custom fields. I will monitor this on my site.

You go edit the post, then scroll to the bottom that says custom fields.

well.. I don't have custom fields in anywhere at the edit page.

it is at the bottom called Custom Fields, you need to expand it. If you can't find it, read the wordpress codex.

I have the same error whenever I try to delete ratings. I can reset the custom fields without a probem, but i think there must be a permanent solution.

AlternateRoute: I am able to delete mine without a problem (I just tested it). The error in deleting the logs can also means that there is no log for that post.
