All Good Things Must Come To An End

As you all know, I have been doing WordPress plugins and supporting it for the past 6 years. These 6 years of my life, I have been through my polytechnic education, my national service as well as my university education.

I just graduated from university in December 2009 and have been looking for full-time jobs. I am offered a full-time job and will be starting work on 1st February 2010.

I regret to say that I am NOT ABLE to provide support for my plugins anymore due to my full-time job commitment. I will leave this forum open and let the community help one another.

However, I WILL still update my plugins whenever I can and you still can report bugs to me via email and I will try to fix it.

WP-Wap / Re: Only shows site title?

At the time I disabled it by de-activating the plugin. Is there another step I need to make? :) Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. I've just tried disabling wp-cache but no change in the result  ??? Maybe there's a time lag.

WP-Wap / Only shows site title?
« on: 16 June 2007, 17:43 »
I thought I'd try and use this for a site, since there is the possibility of users visiting using their mobiles. However, when I try to use the emulator at http://www.wapsilon.com/ , trying to load http://www.mysite.com/wp-wap.php just gives me the title of the site.

Is this usual?

Thanks :)

p/s: I'm using wp-cache2 on the site, not sure if this has any effect.

I'm drawing inspiration from the site shown above :) I think it's very creative too!

Not sure where I should have posted this, so... :)

Anyway, for one of my new sites, I've found I will probably have a need to provide 'email' and 'print' functions for the vistor - when it comes to specific posts. I am aware of e.g. Share This and Gregarious, but those are a bit too complicated for my use, so was wondering what was the easiest method of merging Wp-Email and Wp-Print into one plugin, and then widgetise it?

As a quick potential example of the 'widget' in use (under Post Tools):

Thanks :D

WP-DBManager / Feature request: Repair Database

Hi,
Thanks for your db plugin - its one of my most favourite plugins! :D I was wondering if it would be possible to request an extra feature/function please? The existing plugin already has the option for optimising the db, but it would be great if there could also be an option to repair the db - so one could do both operations in one screen and then download the db backup.

Thanks :)

WP-Sticky / Re: Changing options?

Thanks :) I'll try it out now and will let you know how it goes. I'm also going to read your latest 'idea' thread for this plugin in more detail as well.

WP-Sticky / Changing options?
« on: 22 February 2007, 19:46 »
Hi
Thank you very much for updating the Adhesive plugin (which... unfortunately I never got the chance to use... but now find myself needing something quite similar) - I've just installed it and am happy to say it works out of the box; but for some reason when I try to change any of the options (specifically the Category and Date dropdown) I just receive a 'No Sticky Option Updated' message. I don't usually have a problem with plug-in permissions on my host, so was wondering what I could to resolve the issue.

Many Thanks
Kind Regards
Mosey
